On 9/4/14 Kinky Construction applied for a HARC permit for "Temporarily remove window to facilitate demo of interior."  14-01001435
On 9/4/14 Kinky Construction applied for a building permit for " After -the - fact: Add removal of one window and frame to aid interior demo only"   14-2301.    
 
All permits were approved and picked up on 9/11/14.  
Fines were assessed and paid 11/7/14.

Fine assessed and paid.   Inspected and approved on 9/29/14.   (Note that this subcontractor did not perform the unpermitted work.)

Fine assessed and paid.   No inspection called in as of 11/4/14.  (Note that this subcontractor did not perform the unpermitted work.)
 
Kinky Construction, Michael Skoglund qualifier, is a Registered Building Contractor RB0054201 expires 8/31/15.  No complaints on file.
Local business license #2515 expires 9/30/15.  
This contractor received verbal reprimand for working without permit at 5 Catholic Lane on January 29, 2002.
