Curry applied for the above referenced permit application. The permit application was placed in PERMIT PRINTED status, ready to be picked up and fees paid in order to be placed in PERMIT ISSUED status. As a measure of quality assurance the Building Department performed site visits and determined that this work was performed without benefit of a permit. Fees were not paid. Permit was not picked up. No inspections wer called for nor performed.
After Curry was notified of the violation, permit was issued to Curry on September 25, 2019. Regular fees and after-the-fact penalty were paid.
