Inspector Steven Gormley cited Conquering Lion Construction for performing stucco work; and no evidence of worker's compensation for the workers on 12/14/12. Conquering Lion had applied for the permit on 12/5/12, but didn't pay for it and pick it up until 12/19/12. Proof of worker's compensation insurance was received by the licensing office on 12/19/12. On 1/30/13 Conquering Lion removed itself from the permit, and on 2/7/13 the permit was transferred to Castro Construction.
