*Approving the attached Grant Agreement ID #HQ00052610022 / OLDCC Award #MOD2217-26-01 with the Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation (OLDCC) in the amount of $330,000.00 federal share with a $36,667.00 city match ($366,667.00 total project cost) for the development of a Housing Needs Assessment and Housing Action Plan for Key West and a portion of unincorporated Monroe County from Big Pine Key to Boca Chica Key; Authorizing any necessary budget amendments or adjustments; Authorizing the City Manager to execute necessary documents and to approve and execute any subsequent amendments that may modify the grant such as funding allocations to the City, the project scope or period of performance, upon advice and consent of the City Attorney.
