Title: *Authorizing the purchase of three (3) 35' Low Floor Clean Diesel Gillig Buses under Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) Heavy Duty Bus Contract #P-23-020 with Gillig, pursuant to Sec. 2-797(1) and (3) and Sec. 2-844(a) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Key West, Florida in a total amount not to exceed $3,500,000.00 to be paid utilizing available Section 5311 Capital Public Transportation Grant ("PTGA") #G3101 Grant Funds; Authorizing the City Manager to execute necessary related documents and budget amendments/transfers, upon the advice and consent of the City Attorney.
