Permits for this work had been applied for in February 2013 by Suburban Propane but were not approved or issued. On 6/28/13 All Keys Gas applied for after-the-fact fuel tank permit on slab, but as of 7/5/13 it has not been approved, and on 7/2/13 applied for after-the-fact HARC permit for the same work. As of 7/5/13 permits have not been approved or issued. All Keys Gas is a Fuel Gas Contractor and has a current State and City license. No previous violations brought before the CEB.
