*Approval of the attached "Defense Reinvestment Grant Agreement No. S0329" in the amount of $275,000.00 between the State of Florida Department of Commerce and Florida Defense Commission and the City of Key West to perform a coastal resilience and erosion analysis of the Fleming Key shoreline at the Richard A. Heyman Wastewater Treatment Facility; No matching funds required; Total project cost is $275,000.00; Authorizing the Mayor to execute all necessary documents and approval and execution of subsequent amendments to this Grant Agreement which may adjust grant funding allocations to the City or modify the project scope and period of performance upon consent of the City Attorney; Authorizing any necessary budget amendments and transfers to accept the funding.
