Title: Case #13-CEB-36 (hearing) Chasco Development Building Inspector David Ray 1075 Duval Street (Duval Square) Exceeded scope of permit. Inspector David Ray cited Chasco for exceeding scope of permit on 1/31/13. Chasco applied for permit revision on 2/1/13. Chasco picked up the revision on 2/4/13. No inspections have been scheduled as of 7/5/13 Chasco Development is a Certified General Contractor with an active State and City license. No previous violations brought before the CEB. Chasco was scheduled to appear at the last CEB meeting in March but the representative was held up in traffic in Big Coppitt Key due to an accident. He did attempt to call the Building Department between 3pm and 4 pm that day. City Attorney Ron Ramsingh advised that it would be appropriate to reschedule the case for the next meeting (May 8). Chasco was also scheduled to appear at the May CEB meeting in March but again ran late due to traffic and missed meeting. Members voted to continue to July meeting...
