Text Amendment to the Historic Architectural Review Commission Design Guidelines of the Land Development Regulations: A request for the Planning Board to consider adding a new Guideline 11 to the Historic Architectural Review Commission Design Guidelines for Fences & Walls to allow a limited portion of fencing or gates within the Historic District to contain solid painted colors different from the remainder of the fence, subject to specified limitations, as referenced in Section 90-142 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Key West, Florida.
