Approving professional engineering Task Order 26-02 submitted by Perez Engineering and Development, Inc., as attached hereto and made a part hereof, for professional engineering and architectural services to establish design documents for renovation upgrades to the Conch Republic Parking Lot located at 631 Greene Street, Key West, Florida and including the Icehouse/Reef Relief buildings and surrounding structures in the amount of $364,275.00; Recommending approval and execution by the Caroline Street Corridor and Bahama Village Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA).
