Barroso, Key West Department of Transportation Director Rogelio Hernandez and alternate designees Project and Grants Manager Carolyn Haia, Assistant City Manager Rodrigo G. Delostrinos and Finance Director Christina Bervaldi; Authorizing Interim City Attorney Kendal Harden and Assistant City Attorney Ryan Waterhouse to affirm the authority of the City and its designees to apply for and accept grant funding.
