Title: Authorizing the modification of the TIF Application for funding cycle 2013 requiring all applicants to provide the following: 1.) If an application is for a program the applicant must provide evidence on how such program will become self sustaining once TIF appropriation have expired. 2.) If an application is for a project the applicant must provide evidence on how such a project will provide appropriate repair and maintenance coverage for the improvements funded by TIF allocations for a period of no less than 10 years. Passed and adopted by the Bahama Village Redevelopment Committee at a meeting held this 1 day of September, 2011.
