Directing the City Manager to procure equipment, at an estimated cost of forty-six thousand, five hundred thirty-four and 93/100 dollars ($46,534.93), to be installed on the "Yellowman" structure located in the Key West Harbor, for the purpose of performing continuous harbor monitoring and water quality testing in the Harbor; Directing the City manager to include all necessary funding for the Continuous Monitoring Program in the City's Fiscal Year 2027 Budget; Authorizing the City Manager to execute any necessary documents consistent therewith.
