*Authorizing Key West Half Marathon, LLC to conduct the "29th Annual Key West Half Marathon & RunFest" starting with a 5K & 10K race on Saturday, January 16, 2027, starting at 7:00 A.M. and 8:15 A.M. (setup at 5:30 A.M.) departing from Higgs Beach, and a Half Marathon & 8K race on Sunday, January 17, 2027, starting at 7:00 A.M. and 7:30 A.M. (setup 5:30 A.M.) departing from Trumbo Road and Grinnell Street; Registration to be held on Friday, January 15, 2027, from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. (setup at 12:00 P.M.) and an awards party on Sunday, January 17, 2027, from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at Half Shell Raw Bar - 231 Margaret Street; Authorizing certain street closures thereof during the event; Granting an exemption from the Noise Control Ordinance pursuant to Section 6-86 of the Code of Ordinances; Pursuant to terms and conditions set forth by the City Manager.
