Barroso, Key West Department of Transportation Director Rogelio Hernandez, Key West Department of Port & Marine Services Steven McAlearney, and alternate designee Project and Grants Manager Carolyn Haia, Grants Administrator Carolyn Sheldon, Assistant City Manager Rodrigo G.
