*Authorizing a project-specific waiver of City imposed planning fees for review of compliance with the City of Key West Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Regulations, and City imposed building permit, plan review, inspection, and related building code enforcement fees for the design and construction of Fire Station 3; Providing for continued compliance with applicable planning, permitting, inspection, and regulatory requirements; Providing for accounting and funding of Building Code enforcement costs in accordance with Florida law; Providing for administrative implementation; Authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents upon consent of the City Attorney.
