Directing Staff to proceed immediately with the planning, design and programming of operations for a new shelter for the temporary housing and rehabilitation of the City's and County's homeless population located in the Key West Environs; Directing City Staff to return to the Commission with a report on the methods, strategies, costs and schedule for achieving the goal of reducing the presence of the homeless in the City proper; Directing the City staff to cooperate with County and State Agencies and Commissions, and Local Organizations providing services to the homeless in carrying out the direction of the Commission.
