Directing the City Manager to analyze the recommendation of the Bahama Village Redevelopment Advisory Committee ("BVRAC"), as set forth in BVRAC Resolution No. 2026-01 adopted September 14, 2026, as attached hereto and made a part hereof, to engage a professional consultant to provide strategic planning, community redevelopment and economic development services for the Bahama Village Community Redevelopment Area, and to provide the CRA with an update on the CRA Manager position and the need for a consultant for this position as recommended by BVRAC.
