Accepting the attached “Federally-Funded Subaward and Grant Agreement” for DHS/FEMA Grant to Local Government for Debris Removal, Emergency Protective Measures and Repair or Replacement of Disaster Damaged Facilities (Contract Number: Z0029; FAIN: 4337DRFLP0000001; Sub-recipient PA ID/FIPS Number: 087-36550-00) pass-through administered by the State of Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) in the initial amount of $2,076,816.35; Authorizing the City Manager to execute the Subaward and Grant Agreement and related documents upon advice and consent of the City Attorney; Authorizing the City Manager to approve and execute subsequent amendments to this Grant Agreement which may adjust to increase grant funding allocations to the City, upon consent of the City Attorney; Authorizing necessary budget amendments and transfers to accept the Grant; Providing for an effective date
