| 1 | 5 | | Action Items | In an effort to ensure the “Key West Parks and Recreation Advisory Board” is fulfilling its mission statement and duty to “make recommendations to the City Commission for ongoing improvements and to ensure the highest and best use of recreational facilities throughout the City of Key West,” (Resolution No. 18-324), City Staff, on a quarterly basis, using the City’s “OPEN SPACES AND RECREATION INVENTORY” document, will provide a written, data driven report to include each park/recreational facility’s usage, budget, safety assessment, as well as any pertinent information such as proposed maintenance projects and/or facility upgrades. There are 39 parcels listed on the City’s inventory document, concluding 9-10 parcels will be presented at each quarterly pause in the fiscal year (Oct-Dec to be presented in January, Jan-Mar to be presented in April, April-June to be presented in July, July-Sept to be presented in October) This information will provide each member of the “Key West Parks and Recreation Advisory Board” necessary information to fulfill the mission statement as well as t | Approved | Pass |
