Dear Planning Department,

 

I am writing to express my support for the Special Exception Request for 917 A Frances Street.  Richard Denison, the owner of the business, creates gift baskets that sometime contain wine or Champaign and he is requesting to sell those from this location.  He is located across the street from a liquor store and Bare Assets.  I live � block from his location.  I see no problem with him selling alcohol from his location.
