Working beyond scope of HARC permit and Building permit.
On 8/27/14 Officer Badget placed a stop-work-order at 1320 Olivia Street, where she observed contractor placing brick pavers on the right-of-way. Contractor had permits only for interior work and fence. She also observed electrical and plumbing work without permits.
On 9/11/14 Officer Lockyear observed that contractor removed a window and boarded up the opening at 1322 Olivia Street and applied for a permit but did not disclose it was after-the-fact work.
On 9/4/14 Kinky Construction applied for a HARC permit for "3'0" wide x 11'0" long brick walk." and it was approved with the notation **HSA 09/04/14 "Not to be installed on city property." (ET)** 14-01001420.
On 9/4/14 Kinky Construction applied for a building permit for INSTALL BRICK WALKWAY 3'0 W X 11'0 L and it was approved with the notation "Not to be installed on city property." -14-4191.
On 9/4/14 Kinky Construction applied for a HARC permit for "Temporarily remove window to facilitate demo of interior." 14-01001435
On 9/4/14 Kinky Construction applied for a building permit for " After -the - fact: Add removal of one window and frame to aid interior demo only" 14-2301.
All permits were approved and picked up on 9/11/14.
Fines were assessed and paid 11/7/14.
No inspections called on Kinky Construction permits as of 11/4/14.
